• Qualify initial interest from potential Channel Partners in signing
as Channel Partner for Client Products & services
• Develop Channel Partner Reseller and Distributor Agreements
• Manage Channel Partner demonstration and evaluation of Client Products
• Negotiate OEM, Reseller and Distributor Agreements with Channel Partners
• Over a specified time period and with a specific signing target, obtain
signed OEM, Reseller and Distributor Agreements form Channel Partners
• Coordinate training of sales personnel within Channel Partner to sell
Client Product(s)
• Coordinate training of sales engineering personnel within Channel Partner
to support Client Product(s)
